Until you hear from others, you only get into your own echochamber. You only think about you and your students. Especially for teachers when they talk to students they always think I know more than others. That’s why they need to come out of the echochamber and to a place like this where you hear others who are more knowledgeable about the world than you are. It kind of puts in your place.”
