No. Cypher is exclusively an offline conference. We have never executed Cypher in online format. 

Given the pride we take in Cypher, we strongly believe that Cypher is to be experienced only in intimate in-person format.

Proof of immunisation as well as mandatory masking in all conference rooms, exhibition spaces, and other indoor locations where required by the venue.

As soon as you decide for sure that you’ll be attending, we advise you to register. Early registrants are eligible for reduced registration costs.

If you are flying into Bangalore from outside, we recommend to book your hotels as soon as you have registered. Hilton Convention Center should be your preferred destination but the area provides a bunch of good options for hotel stay. 

Make sure you book your hotel room well in advance since most rooms gets pre-booked owing to the conference.

By registering early, you can also benefit from reduced trip expenses including airfare. 

Please be aware that registration costs are transferable but not refundable. 

Also, Cypher does not offer walk-in registrations.

You can pick your Cypher badge on any of the 3 days of the conference at the registration desk of the conference. To get and keep your badge, you must present a valid ID from the government and proof of immunisation.

Please be aware that first day is the largest registration day; there may be delays if you pick up on that day. By taking advantage of our early registration from before 9am, you may avoid the registration lineups.

No, passes once purchased are not cancelled or refunded. You can however transfer your pass to someone else incase you are not able to attend the conference.

To transfer the passes, write to us at info@analyticsindiamag.com giving name, email id, phone number, organization & designation of the person you want your pass to be transferred.

Your pass give you access to the whole conference area including lunch for all 3 days and dinner for Day2.

No, we do not provide access to any speaker slides, presentations or videos. 

You can, however, contact the speakers yourselves and request for the presentations.

Cypher will feature 3 tracks over 3 days. So, at a time you would be able to attend only 1 of 3 talks at the conference.

Make sure you choose the talk judiciously as per your interest areas.

The venue is chosen based on the fact that it can handle attendance of more than the total attendees for the event. But, it might be possible that one of the halls is not able to take up more than a certain attendee number.

Since we have multiple parallel speaking sessions, all interested participants are requested to be present earlier at the session of their interest. Analytics India Magazine (AIM) will not be liable for any damages in case the participant does not get to attend a specific session because of hall capacity being full. The doors of each hall will be closed once the seating capacity is reached.

No, your pass is assigned only to you. Incase, you are not able to attend a specific day, you cannot transfer the pass to another attendee. 

As conference organizers, we shall check entry passes and badges for all 3 days.
