Last year at Cypher 2024, something unexpected happened. We sold out. Despite having over 2,000 attendees walk through the doors of the Hilton Convention Centre in Bangalore, we still had to turn down hundreds of interested participants. The demand far exceeded our expectations—and our capacity.
So for 2025, we’re not just scaling up. We’re moving.
Cypher 2025 will take place at the Karnataka Trade Promotion Organisation (KTPO) Trade Centre in Whitefield, Bengaluru from September 17 to 19. And we’re expecting over 5,000 attendees this time.
This isn’t just about size. It’s about readiness.
Why the Move?
Cypher has grown steadily since its first edition in 2016. But 2024 was a tipping point. The conference no longer fits into typical convention spaces. We outgrew hotel ballrooms and multi-purpose halls. In 2024, we had to shut down registrations weeks in advance. Many last-minute hopefuls never made it in. Booths were waitlisted. Speakers had standing-room-only audiences. And networking areas were, frankly, too cramped.
We knew that if we were serious about building the most important AI conference in Asia, it was time to make a serious move.
KTPO isn’t just bigger—it’s purpose-built. The venue sits on 48.35 acres and features an air-conditioned exhibition hall spanning over 5,300 square meters. That’s nearly three times the floor space we had last year. It also features 11 additional open halls ideal for demos, product launches, food courts, and lounges.
What Does This Mean for 2025?
- More people: With capacity for over 5,000 participants, we won’t have to cap attendance early. If you missed Cypher last year, this is your chance to be part of the action.
- Bigger expo: Expect over 100 companies to exhibit cutting-edge AI products and platforms. From enterprise AI and LLMs to robotics, edge computing, and more.
- Better logistics: KTPO is well connected by metro (Nallurhalli Station is 600 meters away), road, and even rail. It’s easily accessible whether you’re local or flying in from across India or overseas.
- Smarter layout: Dedicated conference halls, expo zones, workshop rooms, networking areas, and food courts—each with clear separation and signage. No more navigating through hotel corridors or makeshift breakout spaces.
- Ample parking: Up to 10,000 vehicles. That means no last-minute parking hassles or shuttle drama.

A New Benchmark for the Expo
One of the most noticeable changes this year will be the massive expansion of the Cypher Expo. In 2024, we had limited floor space and had to cap exhibitor participation. Not anymore.
Cypher 2025 will feature over 100 booths—nearly double the previous capacity—covering everything from enterprise AI platforms and developer tools to GenAI apps, robotics, and edge computing. The layout includes booth sizes ranging from 2×2 meters for early-stage startups to 12×6 meters for presenting sponsors.
We’re creating a space where:
