Vivek Rajagopal is the Group Chief Analytics & AI Officer at Narayana Health and the founding head of Medha Analytics, the organization’s advanced analytics and AI division. With over 14 years of experience, Vivek has played a pivotal role in driving Narayana Health’s digital and data transformation. He began his journey at the company as Vice President of Strategy & Planning, where he worked closely with the Group CEO on major acquisitions and strategic expansion. In 2015, he founded Medha Analytics, building it from the ground up into one of India’s most comprehensive analytics platforms in healthcare. Under his leadership, Medha has delivered real-time data intelligence solutions that have significantly improved operational efficiency, clinical workflows, and decision-making across the hospital network. Vivek holds a PGDM from IIM Bangalore and a B.Tech in Information Technology from SSN College of Engineering. His work sits at the intersection of healthcare, analytics, and AI, and he is also a member of the Forbes Technology Council, where he contributes thought leadership on data-driven transformation in healthcare.
