Vivek works for Swiss Re as SVP, Product & Engineering Director for Reinsurance Solutions technology division. Vivek and his team deliver the best in class risk-based products and solutions to insurance carriers. Vivek additionally serves as Functional Site Lead (India) for Group Digital & Technology Office. Swiss Re is one of the world’s leading providers of reinsurance, insurance, and other forms of insurance-based risk transfer such as Technology Products & Solutions.
Prior to joining Swiss Re, Vivek served as SVP, Global Delivery Head at Intellect AI, a leading insurtech and data company, managing an organization of 600+ associates overseeing global product implementations and program deliveries for P&C clients. Before Intellect, Vivek worked for several Fortune 100 firms such as Chubb and JPMorganChase in the United States overseeing enterprise wide technology initiatives such as Digital Transformation, Robotic Automation, Policy Administration & Servicing (PAS) Replacement, Credit and Operational Risk technology Programs.
Vivek holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science degree from Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore, India and an MBA in Marketing degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University, USA. On the personal front, Vivek is married and blessed with two lovely kids. He loves watching and playing tennis & cricket. He also enjoys reading motivational and personal development books.
