Thirumala Arohi (known as Thiru) is Vice President (VP) & Head of Education, Training and Assessment (ETA) unit @Infosys with overall experience of 24 years. Learning forms the core of Infosys, and it invests heavily in the employees’ learning.
Education, Training and Assessment (ETA) department is one of the key business enabling departments in Infosys. In his role of Head of ETA, his responsibilities include driving the learning interventions aggressively to enable our employees be future ready.
Thiru is well-known for his leadership skills, and the very effective way in which he drove the Agile/DevOps and Legacy Modernization initiatives within Infosys. His direct involvement in the Zero Distance drive at several of our clients was key to Infosys being recognized as a “Strategic Partner”. In his tenure at Infosys, which spans 20+ years, Thiru has managed many vital client relationships such as Fidelity, Ameriprise, Citi, DTCC and Financial Services Europe based accounts before taking on the current role of Head of ETA.
