Suyash is a distinguished alumni of the Indian Institute of Technology (Madras) with a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering.
While at IIT, he assembled Team Avishkar to participate in the 2019 SpaceX Hyperloop Competition and led a motley group of prodigal engineers to develop India’s first self-propelled hyperloop pod prototype, becoming the only Asian finalist among 2,500 global participants.
His expertise spans Deep Learning, Big Data Analytics and Engineering Strategy, which he is now using to lead GalaxEye towards the launch of Drishti, the world’s first and only satellite technology that provides high-resolution Earth imagery SyncFused with SARTM. This will be a game changer in the Earth Observation industry, as synchronized optical and SAR data would provide the most accurate, data-rich imagery of the Earth, available anytime, anywhere, in any weather.
Recognized by Entrepreneur India as 35 under 35, and a sought-after speaker at global platforms like TEDx, Suyash’s visionary approach has garnered national and international acclaim. Recently, he and fellow members of the GalaxEye founding team were invited by the Hon. Prime Minister of India, Shri. Narendra Modi on his “Mann Ki Baat” broadcast, where they presented their vision of deploying a galaxy of Drishti sensors for the most comprehensive, accurate and responsive Earth observation system available to mankind.
