Subhajit has a total of 11+ years’ experience in conceptualizing and applying advanced analytical solutions, primarily in the pharma domain. He has experience in building innovative solutions/ offerings to address complex decision problems; training and mentoring associates; setting up processes and deliverables. Presently, he leads AIML and advanced analytics teams in Axtria, collaborating with clients to solve real world business problems, and developing AIML capabilities in the organization. He has exposure across several therapeutic areas and business domains in the pharmaceutical industry and has 10+ publications in international journals and conferences. He has been associated with Novartis previously and started his career in retail/CPG analytics with Evalueserve.

Subhajit holds an MSc In Statistics degree from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur; and a BSc in Statistics from University of Calcutta. He is enthusiastic about developing algorithms & solutions to solve complex problems in pharma, utilizing the power of computing & AIML. He also has a keen interest in mentoring associates and building high performing teams.
