A leader with a distinct flair for making intricate connections and acute foresight in driving strategy, I bring with me more than two decades of rich experience. This comprises of 10+ years of experience with IT and Consulting and 13+ years with BFSI industry. In my career I have shouldered various roles including Chief of Staff, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Administrative officer among others, in eminent multinationals. In these roles, I had the chance to deftly apply my subject-matter expertise in Transformation, change, and program & project management, client engagement, operations, Facilities management, finance and resource management, and training & development, which in turn, shone through enduring business impact I had the good fortune to create.
Having developed a deep passion for driving the DEI agenda at the workplace over the years has also further enabled me to come closer to people as a leader and mentor. This facet only adds to an ability that’s always come naturally to me – stakeholder management across levels and geographies.
