Shubhro heads the Lean Digital Transformation team globally for Genpact. He has 21+ years of experience in various leadership roles across Data & Digital led Transformation, Business Operations and Corporate Strategy. He specializes in managing large complex transformation programs for Fortune 500 customers across the globe. These programs focus on driving business impact by leveraging Data, Processes and advanced technologies like– Robotics, AI and Machine learning. He is especially passionate about large-scale Data Literacy and Citizen Insight Generation programs and leads the Databridge Initiative which is one of the largest Data Literacy programs in the world. Shubhro has an MBA and a Bachelor of Engineering degree and is an active participant in various Industry leadership forums like NASSCOM
