Shruti Ranjan Satapathy is a software engineer turned product leader with over a decade of experience in the ad-tech and logistics industries. Since 2015, he has been with Porter, India’s leading on-demand logistics company, where he currently heads Product, Data, and Technology.

At Porter, Shruti has been instrumental in defining the company’s technology vision. He led the development of real-time gig worker payment systems and continues to drive platform innovation to enable efficient and sustainable growth.

Before joining Porter, Shruti worked at Rocket Fuel Inc. in California, where he was part of the AI team tackling ad fraud by building high-throughput data pipelines that processed over 60 billion ad requests daily.

An alumnus of IIT Kanpur with a specialization in NLP and Machine Learning, Shruti is passionate about building scalable systems and high-performing teams. He also draws creative influence from behavioral psychology, fashion, and the arts.
