Sheenam Ohrie joined Broadridge Financial Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. as the Chief Operating Officer in September 2021 and was appointed as the Managing Director, Broadridge India on April 1, 2022.
Sheenam is responsible for driving the company’s India strategy, which includes leading India Centers of Excellence across Technology, Innovation, Professional Consulting, and Managed Services Operations.
Sheenam brings over three decades of rich experience in engineering, global delivery, product management and executive leadership roles. She is a versatile and strategic leader with a proven record of conceptualizing and delivering technology solutions for her customers. Prior to joining Broadridge, Sheenam was the Vice President of Dell Digital Services and an APJ CIO leader at Dell Technologies. In her previous stints, she has led strategic business and technology roles at Finacle, at EdgeVerve – an Infosys Company, SAP and Oracle. She is an IF Certified ACC and PCC Executive Coach and certified Lean and Design Thinking Coach.
Sheenam was recognized as a Next Generation Women Leader at the Zinnov 2020 Confluence, 2020 D&I Business Leader by Community Business, one of the Top 20 Women Catalysts ni Indian IT by SME Channels (2019), and Woman Icon of the Year at #GIWL Awards 2019 by UBS Forums.
She received the Karnataka Woman Leader of the year 2021 award by World Women Leadership Congress.
Sheenam enjoys reading, traveling, gardening and watching movies. She has strong male allies at home and is supported by Alok, her spouse and Aditya, her son.
