Sayandeep Majumder is a seasoned AI and data science leader with over nine years at AXA GBS, where he drives innovation across the insurance lifecycle. As a member of the Gen AI Model Advisory Board at AXA Group, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the Generative AI strategy for global AXA entities.
His career spans analytics startups and global engagements in retail and insurance, blending academic rigor with domain expertise. Sayandeep is part of the AGBS Leadership Council and contributes to the AI & Data Science Advisory Group at the Institute of Actuaries of India.
He holds a Statistics Honors degree from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, and an MSc in Statistics from IIT Kanpur.
