Santhosh Babu is a public Intellect on Leadership and Change and he has been a visiting faculty to ISB, The University of Chicago and TISS. Santhosh is the founder and chairman of OD Alternatives(www.odalternatives.com) and OrgLens(www.orglens.com)
He is also the author of India’s first book on Coaching published by Wiley, “Coaching- the art of developing leadership” and used to write a column in Business Today called “Buddha in the Boardroom”. Santhosh is also an expert in Hypnosis and used to demonstrate Hypnosis in IITs and IIMs for their festivals before he got busy with Organisation Development and Leadership consulting .
