Currently at Air India as Chief Manager – Program Manager, I lead enterprise-wide cloud-first digital initiatives across Azure, AWS, and GCP. My work spans landing zone design, BAU CloudOps, Cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001:2022), and observability (AppDynamics, Grafana, 1000Eyes). I established a full-scale CoE for platform engineering and agentic automation, act as champion in copilot and architected secure, scalable infrastructure. Led multiple development PODs to deliver web/mobile app using best of UX/UI, APIs, micro services oriented software framework. I’ve also led greenfield workplace rollouts, including a 1200-seater facility at Kochi. I build high-performing cross-functional teams, define strategy, and govern delivery with a strong steer through CABs, SteerCos, and compliance controls.

Previously, I held senior roles at Barclays, Citigroup, Accenture, TCS, TomTom, Xansa, and Tele Atlas. From cloud migrations and cybersecurity to enterprise workplace solutions (M365, AVD/VDI, Teams, Copilot), I’ve delivered measurable outcomes through automation, observability, and Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methods—successfully resolving 12+ enterprise-level problem statements.
