Rohit Pruthi is an experienced digital professional with around two decades of experience in the turbo machinery industry. He currently heads the AI and solutions team at Rolls-Royce Data Labs, leading a team of data scientists. Prior to this, he has extensively worked in the decision sciences realm for aerospace and GBS. His work has enabled digitisation across the life cycle of engineering products, influencing value enablement and change management for multidisciplinary functions.
Rohit is a certified Six Sigma practitioner and agile product owner. He remains a hands-on data scientist and continues to explore the interface between engineering and technology. He has contributed to more than 10 patents during his career and multiple innovative applications.
Rohit is an active contributor to the research community in both the turbines and data science fields. He has recently published a collection of speculative short stories on the human technology interface and its evolution in the far future.
