Pancham is an experienced global leader with over 25+ years of cross industry experience across Airlines, Banking and Consulting and he has had held numerous leadership roles across Industries. Prior to joining Delta Capita, he was the Global Head of Client due diligence with Goldman Sachs and held various leadership roles in his 10-year tenure with GS. He started his career in aviation and whilst with British Airways, he has managed both Finance and Operations portfolios.

At Delta Capita, Pancham serves as the Regional Head for India with a focus on establishing and expanding Delta Capita’s business in the region. He works closely with both internal and external stakeholders to expand our business in India.

Pancham holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Delhi and is currently pursuing his executive education from Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad.
