Mohit likes to drive innovative ideas to implementation. He has helped several clients transform their brand-centric marketing approach to customer-centric, leveraging advanced analytics and technology. He currently leads the ZS New Delhi office (1500+ people). Prior to his current role, he established the Customer Centric Marketing CoE at ZS in India and also led the pan-India Business Consulting Group (1000+ people).
During his 16 years of consulting career, he has advised many high tech manufacturing and global life science companies in diverse areas such as multi-channel marketing, optimal resource allocation and execution, managed care analytics, customer segmentation and sales force effectiveness. Mohit holds an MBA from ISB Hyderabad and a B.Tech in mechanical engineering from the Institute of Technology – BHU (IIT – BHU) in Varanasi, India.
