Megha Yethadka leads Uber AI Solutions, Uber’s newest global marketplace and enterprise business that delivers on-demand solutions for AI data, evaluations, localization, and testing. Now in her 10th year at Uber, she is one of the founding members of Uber’s tech presence in India and has played a pivotal
role in scaling operations and innovation across the company. In addition to her leadership of the AI Solutions business, Megha heads Global Scaled Solutions (GSS), a global, cross-functional organization powering key Uber businesses including Rides, Eats, Grocery, and Freight. GSS spans mission-critical areas such as ML operations, automation, testing, engineering solutions, map editing, data services, globalization, and risk operations. Prior to Uber, Megha led global integrity teams across ads, pages, and commerce at Meta (formerly Facebook). She holds an engineering degree from the National Institute of Technology (NIT),
Jamshedpur, and an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad—bringing together deep technical expertise and strategic operations leadership.
She is actively involved in shaping AI frameworks and policy in collaboration with government initiatives, serves on the Board of Studies for Computer Science at NIT, and is an engaged contributor to the broader industry and startup ecosystem.
