Kiran Shetty is the President and Head of Digital Transformation at Hindalco Industries Ltd, part of the Conglomerate Aditya Birla Group. He joined the Group in 2013 and has been instrumental in driving high performance culture in the Group. In his current role, he leads the Digital & Analytics at Hindalco Industries Ltd.
Kiran has over 25+ years of Industry and consulting experience spanning across industry sectors. Prior to ABG, he was Principal Consultant- Strategy & Operations of PricewaterhouseCoopers India and has immense experience in the areas of performance improvement, Operation excellence and organizational transformation. Earlier, Kiran worked in organizations such as Vedanta Resources plc and Asian Paints in various operations roles.
Kiran is a Chemical Engineer from the National Institute of Technology, Karnataka and is a Post-Graduate in Management from IIM, Bangalore.
He is an avid marathoner and has run several marathons in India and abroad.
