His team was selected as finalists of the Aegis Graham Bell Awards 2022 in the category ‘Innovation in Analytics’.
Dhruv is a sought after speaker in 15+ forums, including IITs, IIMs, Cypher etc. Passionate to support the technology ecosystem, he has also trained over 350+ learners across five institutions.
He is currently VP & Head of Data Science at IKS Health where he leads a team of Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Data Analysts and Product Managers. Under his leadership, AI technologies are being widely developed and applied to deliver operational excellence, clinical quality and developing new products.
Dhruv’s prior engagement was as Vice President – Big Data and Advanced Analytics at Vodafone Idea. He led the development of large scale Recommendation, Churn Prevention and Next Best Action models for 250 million+ subscribers pan India.
In previous roles at Reliance Industries, Edelweiss, DE Shaw and Nomura he led teams to build predictive models, quantitative & algorithmic trading strategies, advanced risk management modules and related analytics across asset classes in Indian and global financial markets.
In addition, he has proven expertise in establishing and scaling high performance Data Science teams.
