Dhanya Rajeswaran is the Global Vice President and Country Managing Director for India at Fluence, where she leads the Global Innovation Center (GIC) in Bangalore, Fluence’s largest and fastest-growing hub worldwide. In this role, Dhanya plays a pivotal part in Fluence’s global transformation, with the GIC at the heart of this effort. She oversees operations, drives innovation, and strengthens the company’s brand presence in the region. Dhanya has been instrumental in establishing the strategic direction for the Global Innovation Center, launching the India entity, and developing it into a key innovation hub for Fluence’s workforce.
Before her current role, Dhanya served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Fluence in the Asia Pacific region, where she led the people strategy to support profitability, market expansion, and growth across multiple countries. Her extensive HR leadership experience includes positions at renowned companies like Accenture, Wipro, and Titan. In these roles, she has worked across various industries, including consulting, digital, telecom, IT services, manufacturing, consumer goods, and construction. Dhanya has played a significant role in scaling businesses in the APAC region, fostering inclusive workplaces, and implementing industry-leading practices and tailored talent strategies.
Known for her keen business acumen, result-oriented approach, and ability to build high-performing teams, Dhanya navigates ambiguity with a startup mindset and a strong bias for action. She is a GALLUP strengths coach, a Six Sigma Black Belt, and a TEDx speaker. Dhanya also serves on the advisory board of India Energy Storage Alliance’s Energy Storage Week and has been a member of the CII National Committee on Special Abilities, reflecting her commitment to diversity and inclusion.
