Bharadwaj Amrutur (M’94–SM’13) received the B.Tech. degree in computer science and engineering from IIT Bombay, Mumbai, India, in 1990, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Stanford University, Stanford, CA, USA, in 1994 and 1999, respectively., He was with Bell Labs, Murray Hill, NJ, USA, Agilent Labs, Palo Alto, CA, USA, and GreenField Networks, Sunnyvale, CA, USA. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Electrical and Communication Engineering, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India, where he is involved in VLSI circuits and systems. He is also the Research Head and Director of ARTPARK @ IISc (AI & Robotics Technology Park) – a unique non-profit (section-8) organization promoted by the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) to foster innovations in AI & Robotics by bringing together the best of the startup, industry, research, and government ecosystem. It is seed funded by the Department of Science & Technology (DST), Govt. of India, under the National Mission on Interdisciplinary Cyber-Physical Systems (NM-ICPS) and the Govt. of Karnataka.
