In his current role as Director (IT) – Engineering & Analytics, he leads various Data & AI products and teams focused on business growth, cost savings and enhanced customer experience.

Ashutosh’s recent work involves creating an AI-powered chatbot with 30+ intents on WhatsApp and Live Chat for customer service. The same chatbot has integrated with Meta’s catalogue functionality to unlock the commerce use cases. The said chatbot has been presented at Meta Asia Pacific Summit. He has effectively used NLP and AI products to hear Voice of the Customer across channels and provide actionable insights to the business leaders.

Ashutosh has graduated with Bachelors in Technology from College of Engineering, Pune and completed his Master of Business Administration from IIM Calcutta. He has a passion for Technology, love for digital design, Chess Player and a Fitness enthusiast.
