Anandi holds an MBA degree from the International Management Institute of New Delhi and a
bachelor’s degree in Physics from St Stephen’s College, New Delhi.

At Genpact, she is responsible for the global portfolio of Analytics AI & Risk operations for the
financial services vertical. She runs the fastest growing and most profitable portfolio for the vertical.
Under her leadership, the team leverages advanced analytics, journey mapping, machine learning,
artificial Intelligence, and robotics capabilities to build an operating model for banks that is geared to
deliver transformational impact on business outcomes such as customer experience, retention, loss
