As the head of Global Delivery at Axtria, he drives large-scale transformation for global pharmaceutical and life sciences organizations—leveraging data analytics, process re-engineering, and innovative technologies to unlock business value.

At Axtria, Manish is focused on optimizing service delivery operations, accelerating product innovation, and establishing Centers of Excellence (CoEs) for emerging technologies in data science.

Widely respected for his people leadership, Manish is passionate about building performance-driven, customer-centric organizations. He is the driving force behind several people-first initiatives at Axtria, including the Axtria Institute—a flagship industry program recognized for its excellence in workplace learning and development.
