As Director of Tech Solutions, he’s building a future-focused team that blends data management, application development and emerging technologies to meet the evolving needs of the firm.

With more than 25 years of experience in IT engineering, enterprise data transformation and delivery, Jon plays a key role in aligning global technology initiatives with business goals. Under his leadership, the team is scaling rapidly particularly in India where he’s focused on developing talent and strengthening technical capabilities across borders.
