Myron Sojka, Global Chief Technology Officer, Epsilon, leads Epsilon’s world-class engineering & delivery teams and is the visionary behind the technical roadmap of the company. Myron’s expertise in technology and passion for innovation has helped augment the company’s vision and objectives in a rapidly changing tech landscape further solidifying its position as a leader in the AdTech and MarTech industries. His two and a half decades of leadership experience has been instrumental in defining and driving the strategy, execution, and delivery of Epsilon’s engineering teams, from Product Engineering all the way through to Technology and Security, globally.
Under his leadership, the Engineering team is responsible for the development and integration of all the Epsilon PeopleCloud products, the tools to manage and execute the platforms, and the collection and processing of all data assets. Additionally, his unique vison to address the product-market alignment has aided to strategize the build out, connectivity, operations and monitoring of Epsilon’s platforms and environments, all of which has played a pivotal role for Epsilon. In an industry prone to such rapid shifts, he plays a crucial role in ensuring that Epsilon’s Global platforms are robust, secure, and optimized for performance.
As an industry veteran, driving technology strategy innovation, Myron’s primary focus has been and continues to be, on the development and expansion of large platforms with heavy customer interaction. He has been at the forefront of the software and product development of Platform as a Service (PaaS) technologies throughout his entire career. Myron has spearheaded many technology initiatives that have had an enduring impact on the company, driving innovation, efficiency, and championing customer success.
In 2023, Myron took over as the global executive sponsor of Epsilon India, in addition to his current role, and has been driving the core India growth and expansion strategy since then.
Prior to joining Epsilon in 2012, Myron served in leadership levels across areas of software and product development at Intercall. There, he led the development and operations of the largest global audio-conferencing platform and co-authored 35+ patents in the conferencing and collaboration space. He has also been associated with firms such as Life Investors Financial Group, Inc. Greyhound Lines, Inc., Unisys, Telvent DTN etc. His philosophy, ‘Get things done, move things forward. Do things to drive the business’ has been a driving force behind his inspirational leadership. His strong vision and ideologies’ permeate through the company. He believes in taking action and making decisions quickly to achieve results.
Myron has a B.A. in Computer Science and Math from Luther College. He resides in Chicago, Illinois.
