Dolphy is a Sales Professional with 25 years of experience across IBM, Cosmat Max and Hexaware and currently leads the Strategic Sales team at upGrad for Business. Throughout his career, he has take up diverse roles/assignments including leading Enterprise/Commercial clients selling Business & IT transformation solution, HR Talent Acquisition, SAAS, and collaboration offerings. His role with IBM was that of managing large software engagements with Enterprise clients in India/South Asia.

Dolphy, his wife Valerie along with his two teenage daughters Avril and Chenelle live in Powai, Mumbai
