Tarun Srinivasan brings in over 15 years of experience in Analytics with an additional 7 years in Manufacturing. He has wide experience of working in analytics for Industrial Manufacturing clients in the areas of Commercial , Supply Chain, After market services and risk.
In his current role in Genpact he is responsible for leading a 2000+ strong Analytics team supporting an industrial conglomerate for its different Business Units. His team is responsible for delivering analytics at scale by building solutions that help organizations manage end-to-end of manufacturing value chain, run it on a day to day basis and generate tangible business impact through analytics and insights. Starting off as a reliability analyst in 2005 with Genpact, Tarun has worked in many areas of analytics like failure forecasting, demand forecasting, pricing, IoT/Industry 4.0, inventory and network optimization, cost analysis and risk management with various industrial clients. Prior to joining Genpact, he worked with Hindustan Aeronautics Limited and was responsible for the maintenance of Mirage 2000 aircraft.
