Shalvi is COO for Genpact’s Data and AI business and manages a $1B portfolio. Her key focus areas are creating client value, building scalable practices, and strengthening employee experience and talent strategy. Prior to this, she was leading the organization-wide growth strategy design & execution, along with leading M&A integration. She has been with Genpact for 25 years and has extensive experience with client relationships, scaling businesses, and building talent depth. She is a certified Six Sigma belt and is based out of Delhi. She holds an Engg degree from Delhi College of Engg and an MBA in Finance from the Institute of IIT Delhi.
