Sai Kumar is Vice President, Talent Acquisition at Dentsu. He has over 21 years’ experience in HR
operations and specializes in customer management, designing recruitment & sourcing strategies,
campus & hiring for working professionals, HR operations, vendor management, building strategic
relationships, setting up offsite hiring centers and delivering across regions and countries.
Sai has been setting up recruitment centers, shared services – sourcing centers, leading teams of both in-
house and outsourced employees for delivering numbers on and before time across regions and
countries.
Sai currently leads Talent acquisition at Dentsu Global Services-APAC, Dentsu's integrated global
capability that delivers services across its network – Merkle, Dentsu Media & Dentsu Creative. He
holds a master's degree in business management from IMT Ghaziabad University.
