Dr. Ankur Narang has 28 years of experience in Senior Technology Leadership positions across MNCs including IBM Research, Hike, Mobileum, Yatra and Sun Research Labs (Oracle), CA, USA.  He was one amongst Top-10 Data Scientists in India in 2017. In 2018, he was given the Top 50 Analytics Award at MachineCon conference. He was also conferred Top 100 Innovative CIO Award in 2019, for distinguished leadership in Innovative Technologies based Digital Transformation. In 2002, he was awarded Sun Microsystem’s (Oracle, Santa Clara, CA) prestigious “Chairman’s Innovation Leadership Award”.

He holds B.Tech. & Ph.D. both from IIT Delhi in CS&E and has 60+ publications in top international Computer Science & Machine Learning conferences and journals, along with 15 granted US patents and 32 pending. He has held multiple Industrial Track and Workshop Chair positions, and has given invited talks in multiple international conferences. His areas of interest and expertise include: Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Big Data Analytics, High Performance Computing, Distributed Systems, Parallelyzing Compilers, Digital Transformation for Healthcare & Oil & Gas, Education and Electronic Design Automation. As Co-founder of ByteLearn he leads Technology and AI efforts for interactive learning EdTech products.
