Swapnil has more than a decade of experience leading end to end design and development of sophisticated analytics solutions for organizations across diverse industry segments including Retail and CPG, Industrial Goods, Logistics, Technology, BFSI and others. In his current role, he heads the Analytics Practice for Evalueserve where he works with clients to help them build analytics capabilities that enable successful business outcomes. He joined Evalueserve in 2015 and since then grown the practice exponentially in terms of team size, revenue and geographical presence. He has built a multi-disciplinary team of domain SME’s, data architects, data engineers, data scientists and technology experts, making Evalueserve an end-to-end analytics partner for its clients. Swapnil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University and has worked with companies like Mu Sigma, Ernst & Young and Religare prior to joining Evalueserve.
