Shashikant is an alumni of Indian Statistical Institute and a seasoned practitioner and thought leader with over 2 and a half decade of experience in providing analytics solutions across industry verticals and business functions. Currently, he heads the Data Science Practice at HCL Technologies. In the past he led KPO Analytics at HCL Business Services, set up Health Care Insurance Fraud Analytics Capability at Genpact, developing real time fraud detection engines;  and  did policy research at NCAER. Consumer (being the core of business) and Fraud (being critical to governance) are his interests. Shashikant is an Invited speaker at conferences and widely published. He envisions Analytics for India.
