He has proven success in setting up leading global in-house captives – COEs, shared services centers, and transitions across finance and accounting, HR, procurement, insurance, real estate, and IT verticals. Demonstrated proven ability to revitalize processes, teams, and internal systems to deliver dynamic outcomes. 

Sanjeev stands at the forefront of meeting the emerging technology needs of businesses by integrating advanced technical solutions – Ariba, T&E, and AR modelling. He has travelled across the globe with extended onsite experience in the migration of work. He manages and optimizes service delivery by setting up KPIs, SOPs, policies, systems, and processes.
