Rinka has been a manager, and a serial entrepreneur in his career spanning 27 years.  He has worked in various Organizations from very large (IBM) to very small (startups).  That said, he is happiest working in a startup, solving complex problems.  His areas of interests are in Operating systems, Networks and High Performance Computing.
