Rajeev leads the AI/ML projects, engagements, conversations and deals for Genpact. He has experience of more than a decade and a half of implementing AI/ML/DS solutions in domains like CPG, Electronics, Media, Hospitality/Entertainment/Studio, insurance etc. In his current role in Genpact, he is responsible for leading ML and OR-based engagements for various clients. His team is responsible for delivering AI/ML/DS projects by implementing high-end ML/OR algorithms/techniques leveraging the latest available technology and bringing impactful insights/recommendations for the customers. Rajeev’s interest area of research is around Responsible AI and Explainable AI. Rajeev has a patent in the field of Reinforcement Learning – System And Method For Reinforcement Learning based Onloading Optimization. Rajeev holds a Masters in Applied Statistics from IIT Bombay and a Bachelor's degree from ISI (Indian Statistical Institute).
