Raghu Dharmaraju. is a technology, innovation, and social-impact leader with over 25 years of experience building innovation institutions, scaling deep-tech ventures, and translating research into solutions with measurable societal impact. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at ARTPARK, where he has helped build a premier AI and robotics innovation ecosystem bringing together startups, industry, academia, government, and the development sector. At ARTPARK, he has helped build and invest in 34 startups, supported and collaborated with 30+ others, and led large-scale AI initiatives across healthcare, climate resilience, agriculture, languages, and public health. He has also contributed to national AI and data initiatives with institutions including IISc, ICMR, NITI Aayog, MeitY, Google, AWS, and the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser. A two-time winner of the Global Grand Challenge for Equitable AI and Grand Challenge India, Raghuram has played a key role in shaping national initiatives around AI for healthcare, physical AI, research translation, pandemic preparedness, and digital public infrastructure.

Previously, Raghu was a co-founder and VP – Products & Programs at Wadhwani AI, where he helped establish a globally recognised organisation focused on AI for social good, raising approximately $20 million from organisations including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, USAID, Google.org, and the Botnar Foundation. He has also helped scale award-winning med-tech innovations that reached nearly one million babies across India. Earlier, he led strategy, product management, and startup operations for a global business at Corning Environmental Technologies. His experience spans digital health, med-tech, agriculture, environmental technologies, solar energy, financial inclusion, and the circular economy. An alumnus of IIT Madras, the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and Cornell University, Raghuram brings a distinctive perspective at the intersection of deep technology, entrepreneurship, public policy, and inclusive societal impact.
