Kaushik Dey has a rich experience of 20 years in Product Development and Consulting roles across Americas, Europe and South Asia regions representing companies like IBM and Ericsson. In his current role, Kaushik heads the Big Data and Analytics Practice in Ericsson where he is responsible for developing AI-driven products/solutions around Prescriptive Self-Healing Networks and Zero-Touch Digital Experience Platform. A graduate from IIT Kharagpur, Kaushik holds 6 international Patents in areas of Intelligent Drone Swarms, Decentralized ML, Recommendation engines etc
