Joel has over 15 years of experience leading Innovation & Product Development initiatives. During his tenure at Merkle, Joel has built and scaled multiple technology practices in the areas of Digital Experience, Data Engineering and Integrations. Currently, Joel is responsible for spearheading AI based transformations in the Customer Experience Management space. Joel holds a master’s in management studies from S.I.E.S College of Management and a bachelor’s in computer science from St. Francis Institute of Technology.
