At CEAT, Debashish is driving the integration of AI, data, and automation into core business strategy, with a focus on AI-driven decision-making, agentic AI, digital transformation, and sustainable mobility. His transformation blueprint includes unified data foundations, AI-powered KPI twins, and human-in-the-loop agentic systems designed for responsible and scalable enterprise adoption.

Previously, he held leadership roles at Pfizer, Abbott Healthcare, PwC US Advisory, and Cognizant Business Consulting. An engineer and IIM Mumbai alumnus, Debashish also advocates for responsible AI, workforce upskilling, and human-centred innovation.
