Bhaskaran is the Director - Academics in Manipal ProLearn. He is responsible for creating the curriculum for executive programs and training Software Architects, Product Managers, and other senior executives on an array of topics. He has over 35 years of business experience, of which 10+ years were in the role of senior management in Royal Philips Electronics. Before Philips, Bhaskaran has had successful stints in Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd. (BHEL) and Robert Bosch India Ltd. He is an accredited CEO Coach through Coaching Foundation of India as well as an advisor to the Business Excellence Institute – Ireland. At heart he continues to be an engineer and is a Senior Member of IEEE.
