Anish Agarwal is the Vice President & Global Head of AI at Warner Bros. Discovery, where he leads the enterprise AI and GenAI strategy across global functions and markets. His work focuses on building scalable AI platforms, driving enterprise adoption, and establishing robust AI operating and governance models.

Previously, Anish was the Global Head of Data & AI at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, where he led the organisation’s Data & AI function across multiple business areas. He also spent eight years leading data engineering for Commercial Banking at NatWest.

Anish holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and has delivered 100+ keynotes on AI strategy, governance, and enterprise adoption. He is also a mentor at the NASSCOM DeepTech Club and T-Hub and has been recognised among India’s 100 Most Influential AI Leaders.
