Anand is a Learning & Development Professional with 15 years of experience in Financial Services, IT/ ITES organizations, having in-depth experience managing cross cultural, cross functional teams across geographies with matrix working structures. He is a Systems Thinker and completed his Graduate Program in Systems Thinking from Harvard University. He also is a ICF Certified Results Coach (ACC) and a Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner. He currently Heads L&D at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre (Vice President) and has won several accolades in area of innovation and employee experience including the World HRD Jughaad Innovation award in 2017 and HR 40 under 40 award in 2018. Anand is a renowned speaker (Chief Learning Officers Summit, Times Board room etc) and a Fellow of Learning & Performance Institute UK and prestigious Member of Leaders Excellence @ Harvard Square.In his free time, Anand supports an NGO (Recognized by United Nations) for a cause and focuses on global youth empowerment/ leadership programs and for the rights of Indigenous people.
