Krishnakumar is an Engineer and a Management Student from Symbiosis, Pune. After his formative years in Sales working with a FMCG Major, he joined the Life Insurance industry when it was opened up for Private sector play. He has over 17 years of rich corporate experience, most of which has been within Life Insurance, straddling diverse roles in Sales, Product Management and in conceiving Distribution Strategy. Krishna works with Max Life Insurance, the 4th Largest Private Life Insurance Company and heads Business Performance Management & the Center of Excellence for Analytics in Max Life. Under his leadership, Max Life was a proud recipient of Celent Model Insurer Asia award for best practices in Analytics, NASSCOM’s award for Early claim prediction model amongst others.
