Neelima is responsible for developing and implementing an enterprise wide digital strategy. She leads all Digital ,data and technology solutions across the company. She spearheads several transformational programs and initiatives to support ESL’s vision to be a global leader in high grade and low cost steel production building a sustainable future focusing on ESG. With extensive experience in Digital Transformation using Industry 4.0 levers such as Advance Analytics, IIoT, Simulation & Visualization, Cloud, Digital Ecosystem multiple steps has been taken improving operation & maintenance process through L1 historian,L2 automation , predictive maintenance via IoT, delivering power BI insights with data ,advanced analytics and artificial intelligence for better decision making are the key transformational efforts taken by her. She holds a bachelor of Computer science & Engineering from NIT Raipur India and PG in AIML from University of Texas at Austin.

She has played a diversified role in the field of Technology with multiple certifications. She has been honoured with CSO50 2015, IT Next Future CIO of India 2017 , Identified as High Potential in Vedanta’s Vice Chairman Program in 2017 , Identified as Potential Digital Leader in 2021 as part of Act Up program , Awarded with Vedanta’s Chairman Technology Award in Oct 2021, Awarded twice CEO Kitty and Champions Club award in 2022 & 2023 at ESL amongst others.
