Megha is a Vice President in the AI/ML Practice at Genpact in India. With over 14 years of experience in leading and managing Technology and Engineering transformations for clients across industries, she is an advocate of responsible adoption of AI/ML driving pragmatic business impact.
In her current role at Genpact, she manages solutioning and conversations for AI/ML and ML engineering initiatives alongside thought leadership content, industry and academia AI partnerships and market positioning. Prior to her current role, Megha has spent close to a decade working with Accenture across multiple roles ranging in Technology Consulting, Technology Implementations, Account Management and Client Relations.
With an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA) and a B. Tech, Megha has proven abilities in designing technology-led business transformation initiatives of client organizations in BFSI, CPG, Retail, and Healthcare.
