Manoj Madhusudanan is Senior Vice President and Head of India and APAC for Analytics at EXL. In his current role, Manoj leads a team of 6000+ AI & Analytics professionals to achieve unparalleled delivery excellence at EXL Analytics in India. He is also responsible for building EXL’s emerging analytics business in Asia Pacific. Prior to joining EXL, Manoj was the Head of India at dunnhumby, a customer data science firm. Earlier in his career, he had extensive stints across India, UAE, Italy and UK at companies such as Accenture, Evalueserve and Infosys. He was also the Co-founder and CEO of an AI-driven B2B start-up named Ziligence, aimed at helping sales professionals find the most relevant and attractive prospects.

Manoj is a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Madras and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from XLRI Jamshedpur. Apart from his work accomplishments, Manoj is passionate about two important causes: Diversity & Inclusion, and Sustainability. He shows his dedication by taking part in multiple initiatives that aim to create a positive change in these areas. Moreover, in addition to his important role in the world of analytics, Manoj has a keen interest in keeping up with the latest developments in AI and other emerging technologies.
