A seasoned Data Science Leader with 21 years of experience in creating cognitive
services, end to end data science and AI/ML solutions and data backed strategies to
influence business decisions. Possess strong aptitude to use analytical, statistical &
machine learning techniques to drive significant business growth, improve client
experience and achieve strategic goals.
I am currently working as Head Of Data Science (EVP) at a Motilal Oswal Financial
Services Ltd. responsible for driving Data Science and AI/ML projects at the group
level. Prior to this I have worked at Global Investment banks like JP Morgan, Royal
Bank of Scotland and Bank of America, building their analytical and trading
platforms.

I am B.Tech from IIT Roorkee and a post graduate in Business Analytics (Data
Science) from Great Lakes Institute of Management, Gurgaon. I have also
completed Executive Leadership Programme from IIM Ahemdabad.
I am also a passionate trainer and act as a part-time faculty for Machine Learning
and
AI courses with more than 1000 hours of training experience on Machine Learning
and Deep Learning courses.
